This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in connection with our media services, including but not limited to marketing, content creation, and Web3-related services.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from providing us with your personal information or using our services.

This Agreement applies to all personal information collected by TRU Media Group LLC, including information provided by clients, users, or partners located in Hawai‘i, California, Canada, or any other jurisdiction worldwide. Our services may involve collecting mailing information and Web3 wallet addresses to facilitate media campaigns, promotions, or blockchain-based services.

  1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Mailing Information: Your name, physical address, email address, or other contact details provided voluntarily for purposes such as shipping, marketing, or client communications.
  • Web3 Wallet Addresses: Cryptocurrency or blockchain wallet addresses you provide to enable Web3-related services, such as NFT distributions, token transfers, or other blockchain-based media campaigns.
  • Other Information: Information you voluntarily provide through forms, contracts, or communications with TRU Media, such as preferences or project details.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health data) unless explicitly required for a specific service and with your express consent.

We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:

  • To provide and deliver our media services, including processing transactions, fulfilling orders, or executing Web3-related campaigns.

  • Non-Storage of Web3 Wallet Addresses: TRU Media does not store Web3 wallet addresses after completing the specific transaction or service for which they were provided. Once the service is fulfilled (e.g., NFT delivery or token transfer), wallet addresses are securely deleted from our systems.
  • Mailing Information: Mailing information is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., shipping or campaign execution) or as required by law. We do not maintain a long-term database of client mailing information.
  • Secure Handling: Any personal information temporarily held is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
  1. Non-Disclosure to Third Parties

TRU Media Group LLC does not sell, trade, or share your personal information, including mailing information and Web3 wallet addresses, with third parties, companies, or organizations, except in the following limited circumstances:

Our services are not for those under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
